"State Farm roadside assistance told me it would be 90 minutes before they could have me towed when the transmission in my car locked up and left me stranded in the middle of a busy city street unable to push it to the side. The police officers directing traffic around me were able to call a tow truck that got there much faster, but I had to pay out of pocket. Becca, at my local State Farm agents office was a great help getting me reimbursed for the cost of the tow. I emailed her the receipt and she took care of everything else."
